There are four ways to shrink tube: cold-draw, rotary press. roll press and forge press

The first three ways have shortcoming of high extending rate and low shrinking and pressing density, it can not meet demand to produce heaters with high watt density. We adopt forge press and design this machine to make heaters with high pressing and shrink density and high watt density, also can extend the use expectation of heaters.

to change different size of mould to make different size of heater.

B. It can make heater with any length, we ever made 200 meters heater.

C. The machine is very easily to operate and can adjust shrinking accurate

Range 0-0.5mm by changing different mold gasket.
