Function:

Filling magnesia powder into metal pipe diameter range 3-23mm and length range 10-800mm, this machine can be used to make coil heater and cartridge heater with wire leads coming out from one side of heater.

Main character:

A. Pneumatic clamping , clamping pressure and clamping speed can

be adjusted automatically as different diameter wall thickness of tube.

Putting the stainless steel tube into clip and start the pneumatic switch, compression air pressure can lock tightly the stainless steel tube automatically. The pressure volume can be adjusted freely from 0-8kgs according to the different diameter and wall thickness of stainless steel tube.  And cylinder advancing speed can be adjusted to get the satisfied clamping speed.

B. Automatic switch of valve to control filling volume of magnesia powder

  In order to save powder to avoid big waste, we design this device, when machine is in working state, the valve supply powder, when machine stop working, the valve close to stop supplying powder at the same time. 

C. Powder hopper heating device to control temperature automatically

   Magnesia powder is easily to absorb humidity from air, and become damp

To impact its insulation result, in order to solve this problem, we design a heater inside powder hopper (powder container), you can adjust its temperature range 0-150 degree celsius freely to keep magnesia powder dry.

D. Electromagnetic vibration

The vibration amplitude can be adjusted according to the different diameter and length of cartridge heater to get satisfied powder accumulation  density. For example, to slim cartridge heater, it needs high frequency vibration and small vibration amplitude, to thick cartridge heater, it needs high frequency vibration and big vibration amplitude, meantime, we adopt electromagnetic vibration, its vibration frequency is high and can reach 50-60HZ, and the vibration amplitude can be adjusted freely to get the satisfied powder accumulation density.

   We can design with 1-4 operation stations according to customers requirement at the same time.
