for example, can shrink tube with cross section length:4.2mm x 2.2mm, or 3mm x 3mm, We design two sets of machines working together to complete rectangle tube making.

Main character:

A. it is easily to shrink round tube into square tube by up and down, left

and right flat press forge style,the four sides of square were stressed at the

same time.  

B. shrink rectangle shape heater tube

firstly, prefabricate 5-10mm length rectangle shape, because the four sides

rectangular shape are not the same length, the sides parallel to two holes

of magnesia bar which resistance wire pass through are long sides, this part will be pressed firstly, then the other two sides (short sides of rectangular) will be pressed later, the pressing first or later order and pressing direction are very important. If short sides are pressed firstly, the two resistance wire will be pressed to touch with each other, in order to avoid such situation, pls assure the long sides are pressed firstly and it is necessary to prefabricate 5-10mm length rectangle shape.

C.This machines working theory is very similar to round tube shrink machine, the only one difference is, pressing direction and pressing order to four sides. Round tube machine adopt flapping pressing in circumference, this machine adopt flapping pressing direction up and down , or left and right according to four sides of square or rectangle shape.
